NmC focuses on finding global solutions to global environmental problems. We are a non-profit association headquartered in Geneva whose aims are national and international.

The mission of NmC is the promotion of the use of renewable natural resources as a mechanism of rational management and nature conservation, and contribution to the support of local socio-economic

interests by proposing solutions in agreement with environmental protection with particular attention in developing countries.

Rouli Paschou:



Expert in public relations, Formerly employed by the World Meteorological Organisation, she was,  very early on aware of environmental problems and realized the need to contribute to the support of local socio-economic interests of developing countries by proposing solutions in agreement with environmental protection, She has wide international experience in organization of bilateral and international assistance projects, Expert in the development and implementation of projects for sustainable use of biodiversity.

Giovanni Norbis:


Urban Architect. Expert in regional, urban and rural planning, in urban and rural implementation of basic infrastructures for health, educational and social purposes, as well as in project management, Expert in urban and rural water and sanitation projects management Senior advisor to environmental projects and land management in arid, semi-hard, dry and humid areas, He has along experience as a Senior Advisor and Project manager in bilateral cooperation projects with many American and South American Government institutions, International Organisations and NGOs. He collaborates with: the Cooperation/Agency of Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the European Union, the United Nations High Commission for Refugees and the World Conservation Union (IUCN) 

Obdullo Menghi :


A biologist with degrees from the University of Geneva Switzerland, and other European universities, Former Scientific Co-ordinator and Chief of the Scientific Unit of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). He has wide experience in projects for the sustainable protection of threatened wildlife species In Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean.  He has been distinguished with several International awards, the most recent given by the IV International Congress on Wildlife Management in Amazonia and Latin America, as Conservation Leader (October 1999).  He collaborates regularly with different European universities and gives, at the governmental level, seminars and courses on sustainable use in Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean. He is the President of the "Fundacion Biodiversidad", Argentine.
